Great after workout snack! This recipe takes a few minutes to make, but the end result is delicious!
I have been eating bolillo’s with avocado since I can remember. Mostly as a torta and usually, with regular mozzarella, tomato, lettuce and mayo. Sometimes, we would add lunch meats too! Especially, if we were going to the beach. I still do this today, and the torta is so satisfying after a few hours out there on the sand!
By the way, add salt to avocado people, seriously.
